Progressive monthly pricing that scales with the number of contracted licenses.

Privacy Note

The company does not buy access to employee financial data. It buys a license to offer Prisma as a private benefit. Individual financial data remains under the user’s control.

What your company can see

Your company pays for Premium but cannot see your records or personal financial data; it receives only aggregated usage metrics. Prisma does not display protected metrics when a cohort contains fewer than 20 people.

OFFLINE mode

OFFLINE mode keeps records, amounts, categories, descriptions, and all other personal financial information out of Firestore. With a corporate license, Prisma transmits minimal telemetry: application usage and outcomes expressed only as booleans, such as an active budget, alerts, or habits.

Limits

Telemetry contains no amounts, text, financial records, UID, or employee email for the company. Prisma prohibits using the service or its metrics for employment decisions.

For administrators

Available data

The dashboard allows administrators to manage licenses, billing, and operational statuses. Usage and outcome metrics are exclusively aggregated and suppressed for cohorts of fewer than 20 people.

Employment-use prohibition

Using Prisma, its metrics, or any inference for hiring, dismissal, promotion, pay, evaluation, discipline, or any other employment decision is prohibited.

Acceptance

Administrators must accept the current terms, DPA, and this notice. Acceptance is recorded for audit purposes.
